Comparing your home to recently sold properties in your neighborhood can be helpful to give you insight on what your home is worth before an appraisal. Additionally, getting your home appraised or having a real estate agent physically view your home is important to help account for special features, neighborhood location and market conditions.

Once you and your family are ready for a professional home-value assessment, we will evaluate your home in person and give you pricing recommendations, changes or suggestions we have to get you the most return on investment before listing your property. During this time, our team continues to practice physical distancing to the maximum extent possible, use of face coverings, frequent hand-washing and regular cleaning and disinfection. We are happy to oblige to whatever makes our clients feel the safest, whether that be you waiting outside as we enter your home to evaluate it, or us wearing the proper face coverings, gloves and shoe coverings as we enter your home to assure sanitation.

The Daniel Boyer Team has complete and direct access to multiple listing services (MLS), which is a databases that real estate agents use to list properties. We will then use MLS data on recently sold homes in your area and the information gathered during our home evaluation to calculate your property's current market value.

If you're planning to sell, we can give you an idea how much you'll get for your home. If you're house hunting, our estimate can help predict the final sale price for listings you may be interested in. Click the link to find out or you can reach me at 626.484.0688.
